Member Retention Consultant – Join a Leading Australian Health Insurer

Work Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid after training
Salary: $63K + 9.5% shift loading + 12% super
Location: Sydney CBD
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

As a Member Retention Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for members in the contact centre. You’ll:

• Welcome new members and ensure their membership is set up correctly
• Engage with members who are considering leaving, helping to retain them
• Assist members in understanding and reviewing their cover
• Resolve member queries related to pricing, products, or claims
• Provide outstanding customer service while working toward retention targets
• Participate in training, compliance activities, and multi-skilling opportunities

About You
You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and experienced in a contact centre environment (private health insurance experience is a plus). You’ll bring:

• Strong computer skills and experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to embrace change
• Ability to self-evaluate and take constructive feedback on board
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and retention outcomes
• A collaborative mindset and desire to achieve both team and individual goals
• Knowledge of company and competitor products and services
