We are a one stop shop for all things Kitchens, Bathrooms and Laundries with a vast range of premium flooring, tiles, tapware and accessories available. Our showroom at 31 John Street Singleton is constantly evolving, offering inspiration and ideas to make our clients vision a reality.

What You'll Do:

Be the primary point of contact for new and returning clients visiting our showroom, managing the front end of the sales process with professionalism and flair

From the initial inquiry through to design consultation and quoting, you’ll collaborate with homeowners, builders and suppliers to create concept designs to bring renovation and extension projects to life

Play a pivotal role in assisting clients to navigate the journey of designing their dream home to match their budget, lifestyle and location

Support the scheduling and coordination of projects to ensure timelines and expectations are met

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the design, selection, construction and handover process

Help manage and maintain showroom presentation and design samples

Assist with social media and marketing

Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed

Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

Maintain knowledge of custom home-building processes, materials, and design trends

Work closely with and learn from an experienced team member during your initial training

This is a full-time position, the successful candidate will be required to work at our Singleton Showroom Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1-2 years proven sales experience in design, building or similar retail environment

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

Interior Design experience, qualification preferred but not required

Warm, approachable and full of creative energy

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Creative flair and a passion for delivering well-considered solutions

Experience with social media and marketing

Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
