We are seeking a Kitchen Hand responsible for kitchen cleaning duties, receiving deliveries and some minimal food preparation. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated person that maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach in everything they do.

Duties and responsibilities include:

General washing up of all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

To ensure the kitchen and all equipment is cleaned in accordance with policies and procedures.

To check off and accept deliveries ensuring that food is packaged correctly and is temperature controlled.

To pack away food and other items delivered, storing food in accordance with procedures specifications.

To support the kitchen team.

The successful applicants must have the following attributes:

Be honest and reliable with a proactive can-do attitude.

Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Available to work on a flexible roster which includes some weekends and nights.

Willing to obtain a police check.
