About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our dedicated kitchen team.
You’ll work across our fast-paced venues, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen support are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, utensils, and food storage items

Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment

Assist with basic food preparation, including knife work and prep tasks

Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness — including cool rooms, sinks, benches, walls, and equipment

Support chefs and kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous commercial kitchen experience (preferred)

Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Possesses a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Understands food handling and hygiene standards

Is self-motivated and able to work unsupervised when required

Has reliable transport and the right to work in Australia
