We are seeking a cook / kitchen hand to join our kitchen team.

About you:

You should possess the following skills/attributes:

Experience working in a fast pace & high-volume environment

At least 1+ years' experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand ideally

Mexican food preparation & cookery experience will be advantageous

Minimum 6 months of authentic Mexican food preparation and cookery experience required

Reliable and punctual

Good time management, work ethic & attitude

Experience with food health and safety and rotation practices

Able to work weekends and nights

Must be available to work every weekend and night shift as required

Qualified, or undertaking studies in commercial cookery would be viewed favourably

Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
