Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Rental & Service Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our equipment hire, servicing, maintenance, and logistics operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Coordination: Manage hire enquiries, coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and collection, and oversee transport logistics.

Maintenance & Workshop Operations: Organize and monitor maintenance of vehicles and equipment, supervise mechanical repairs, and manage spare parts for internal and external customers.

Compliance & Site Access: Ensure staff meet mine site access requirements, coordinate service agreements, and manage contractor approvals.

Customer & Supplier Relations: Maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers, handle service requests, and resolve issues efficiently.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the service and hire team, act as primary operational contact (including on-call responsibilities), and foster a safe, collaborative work environment.
