About Our Client

BB Recruitment is currently partnering with several high-performing internal IT teams across Perth’s CBD and Inner Suburbs who are seeking experienced Service Desk Analysts to support their growing business needs. These positions suit professionals looking to progress in their IT support careers, whether you're currently in a Level 1 role ready to take the next step or already operating at Level 2. The Opportunity:

As a Service Desk Analyst (Level 1 & 2), you will act as a key contact for end-user support across hardware, software, systems, and networking issues. You’ll work closely with internal IT teams to ensure all issues are resolved efficiently, escalate when necessary, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. These are excellent roles for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems, learning new systems, and providing quality support in a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Diagnose and resolve Level 1 issues: account lockouts, password resets, hardware issues, etc.

Resolve Level 2 issues: Windows OS errors, Office 365 issues, network/connectivity problems

Provide support for desktop/laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices

Escalate complex issues to infrastructure or specialist teams as required

Assist with onboarding of new staff, device setups, and software rollouts

Document issues and resolutions to contribute to internal knowledge base

Contribute to team projects including upgrades, migrations, and system improvements

Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking for Core Skills & Experience:

1–2 years’ experience in an IT support or help desk environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory

Experience using IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or similar)

Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN support)

Confident troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively

ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL processes

Exposure to SCCM, Intune, or remote management tools

Knowledge of macOS, iOS/Android, and cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, M365 Admin)

Scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a bonus

Previous experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments
