đź The Role
Youâll be our new Level 2 Service Desk Engineer, jumping into tickets, solving problems, and making clients feel like tech superheroes. Sometimes youâll handle Level 1 requests (we all pitch in), and sometimes youâll escalateâbut youâll always own the issue and keep the client in the loop.
Youâll work alongside Level 3 Engineers and a supportive Lead, with plenty of chances to spot trends, raise security flags, and grow your skills.
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
2+ years in Level 2 support or similar
2+ years in an MSP environment
Aussie PR or Citizenship
Valid driverâs licence
Willing to do a police check & pre-employment medical
Tech Youâll Touch:
N-Able (or similar)
Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune
ConnectWise
Active Directory, DNS
VMware / Hyper-V
Veeam / Datto
VoIP / Broadsoft
Cisco / Meraki / Fortigate
Crowdstrike / NetSkope
AWS & Azure (bonus points!)
Youâre Someone Who:
Communicates clearly (written & verbal)
