And unlike most Centre Manager roles, you will never lead alone. You will be supported by a Regional Manager, Operations Support Manager and an Assistant Manager and Educational Leader who are off the floor so you can focus on what matters most: people, quality and culture.

About White Gum Valley Early Learning

Inspired by local history and natural surrounds, our centre features recycled brickwork, natural timbers and light-filled spaces. The design allows children to move freely between indoor and outdoor areas, exploring shaded gardens and thoughtfully created play spaces. Educators are encouraged to co-learn with children and are supported by a culture of reflection, innovation and professional growth.

About the Role

You will lead the establishment and daily operations of the centre, including licensing, compliance, team recruitment and development, enrolment growth, culture building and community partnerships. You will have the freedom to lead with vision and the backing to make it happen.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, people-focused leader who is confident in driving quality and building strong teams. You will bring:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Centre Manager or in a comparable leadership role

• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF and how to implement them effectively

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team

• A proactive approach to culture, continuous improvement and compliance

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and community connection

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)

• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis

• Strong commitment to child safety, professional standards and high-quality practice
