We’re looking for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to take the reins of a portfolio of Perth neighbourhood centres and lead them into their next chapter. Your key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including tenant communication, arrears management, lease compliance, Opex budgeting and reporting
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and coordinate contractors to resolve them quickly
• Manage public liability incidents and ensure accurate reporting
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Support lease administration by updating tenancy schedules and tracking sales and insurance certificates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

About you

• 7+ years’ experience in shopping centre management
• Strong knowledge of building operations, compliance, and services
• Confident with budgeting and public liability processes
• Clear, approachable communicator with a solutions focus
• Organised, practical, and comfortable juggling both reactive tasks and long-term planning
• Well-versed in the Perth market, with valuable local insight and relationships
