Amica Early Learning Piara Waters is a privately owned, purpose-built early childhood education and care service, opening soon in one of Perth’s fastest-growing family communities. Our brand-new centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide a nurturing, inspiring, and homely environment for children aged 6 weeks – 5 years, creating a true “home away from home” where children, families, and educators feel valued.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead this exciting new service, establish a positive team culture, and deliver excellence in early learning and care.
About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an inspiring Early Childhood Leader who is passionate about quality education, compliance, and team development.
As the Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service in accordance with Western Australia’s Education and Care Regulatory Unit (ECRU). You’ll lead a team of dedicated educators, build strong partnerships with families, and ensure that all practices reflect the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
You’ll be supported by an experienced Operations and Compliance Team, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most — children, families, and quality outcomes.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
Proven leadership or management experience within an early learning or childcare setting.
Current Working with Children Check (WA).
Child Protection training – Identifying and Responding to Children at Risk of Harm.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.
In-depth understanding of the National Law and Regulations, NQF, and ECRU compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Competency with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and administration systems (Kidsoft, Storypark, OWNA, or similar).
A proactive, professional, and compassionate leadership style.
