MJM Recruit has partnered with a well-respected, privately owned building business specialising in outdoor living, renovations and extensions.
This small, passionate team of two Directors is looking for someone amazing; someone with a sense of humour, strong work ethic, a capable all-rounder who is looking for a varied role and who wants to contribute to the success and growth of the business.

About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining office coordination, administration and customer support. You will be the friendly voice on the phone, the organiser behind the scenes, and the reliable point of contact for clients, trades and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing phone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service
Preparing and following up quotes and progress invoices
Creating and sending contracts and documents via DocuSign
Checking and recording trade timesheets
Coordinating project documentation and updates with customers and suppliers
Maintaining records, filing and data entry
Gathering customer feedback and assisting with social media or marketing posts
Supporting the two Directors with administrative and project tasks as needed
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Down-to-earth, positive, and happy to pitch in where ever needed
Experienced in administration within construction, trades or similar industries
Strong with detail, organisation, and follow-up
Trustworthy, reliable, professionally presented
Confident with Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems (Xero ideal)
A natural communicator, with a great sense of humour
Motivated to learn, take initiative, and grow alongside the business
