We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the company with warmth and professionalism, while maintaining a well-organised, safe, and welcoming workplace environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a customer-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to support staff and guest queries with care and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally on a daily basis.

Order and manage office consumables and supplies.

Process property rent invoices accurately and on time.

Coordinate visitor access, including inductions and security protocols.

Communicate building and office updates to relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with Facility and Building Management for repairs and maintenance.

Manage boardroom bookings, including setup and catering arrangements.
