Mobiquip Australia is seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our team in our new Aged Care and Mobility Equipment store opening soon in Mittagong. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment where customer care, teamwork, and innovation are at the heart of what we do.
You'll be the face of Mobiquip in the Southern Highlands, helping clients find the right mobility and aged care solutions to enhance their independence and quality of life.
What you'll be doing
Delivering outstanding service to every customer – from first contact through to product demonstration, quotation, sale, and delivery coordination.
Working closely with our Business Development Manager to implement sales and marketing strategies that drive growth.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store and maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom.
Collaborating with a small, supportive team that values initiative, respect, and positive energy.
Building trusted relationships with clients, families, and care providers in the aged care and disability sectors.
What we're looking for
Experience in aged care, disability, or medical equipment sales is highly regarded.
Strong customer service and communication skills – you genuinely enjoy helping people.
Familiarity with DVA, NDIS, and Home Care Packages is a distinct advantage.
A proactive, adaptable team player who can balance empathy with efficiency.
Basic computer literacy and attention to detail for quotes and order management.
Ability to obtain a National Police Check due to working with vulnerable clients.
