Purpose of the Role
This role leads the strategy and delivery of B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives that strengthen commercial relationships, build brand visibility, and drive engagement across key markets. You’ll combine creativity, data, and commercial thinking to design campaigns that enhance brand reputation and support business growth.
Working cross-functionally, you’ll partner with sales, product, and analytics teams to deliver marketing programs that position the organisation as a trusted, forward-thinking business partner.
The Opportunity
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Develop compelling content, creative assets, and communication strategies tailored to business audiences.
- Use data and insights to shape marketing decisions, track performance, and optimise investment.
- Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality, multi-channel campaigns.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new and existing product offerings.
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and excellence across all communications.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, high-performance marketing culture.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion collaboration and customer focus across all areas of the business.
About You
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Proven success delivering data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that achieve commercial goals.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative ideas and commercial priorities.
- Excellent project management skills — organised, proactive, and outcomes-focused.

Casual Loading
