The Role
This newly created role reports into a senior marketing leader working in a fractional capacity and is designed as a hands-on, autonomous position. Acting as the embedded marketing partner for multiple practices, you’ll manage both strategy and execution, balancing centralised brand activity with localised campaigns that attract and retain patients.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for practice owners and managers, ensuring marketing is commercially aligned and responsive to business needs. Day-to-day activity will include campaign planning and delivery across digital and social platforms, patient communications, and local area marketing. You’ll also manage external creative and digital partners, monitor campaign performance, and feed insights back into strategy. As the organisation’s first dedicated marketing hire, this role carries strong influence and the opportunity to shape future capability.

About You
We’re looking for a marketer with an agency-style background in account management or client strategy who’s ready to step in-house. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, interpreting commercial priorities, and delivering across competing deadlines. Autonomy and proactivity are essential, as you’ll be managing day-to-day marketing with limited oversight.

You’ll bring:

• Broad experience across digital, social, and local area marketing.
• Strong relationship management skills and commercial awareness.
• The ability to translate business needs into clear, effective campaigns.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.

Experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, or service-led industries is highly regarded. Exposure to multi-site or service-based campaigns will also be valued.
