About the Role

This role will primarily focus on Accounts Receivable, along with quoting and general admin support. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, proactive, and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable including invoicing, allocations, and debt collection
  
  
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
  
  
• Prepare and send statements and respond to payment queries
  
  
• Assist with Accounts Payable processing as needed
  
  
• Support the quoting process — preparing and following up on customer quotes
  
  
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager and wider team
