The Opportunity: Account Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $82,5000 + Super
*Depending on experience level
+ Opportunity for bonus / commission structure

You’ll be responsible for managing major accounts across consumer brands, retail and FMCG: as the bridge between the client and the in-house design studio, you'll guide projects from brief to delivery.

This is a face-to-face, high-ownership role. You’ll host meetings, take briefs, track progress, provide feedback, and keep everything moving to timeline - all while building lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in a client-facing role (e.g. account management, project coordination, client services etc.)
• Strong communication skills – you must be comfortable leading meetings and keeping clients informed
• A natural organiser - you're detail-oriented and can juggle multiple priorities with ease
• Driven, proactive, and keen to grow - this is a role where attitude is everything!
• Bonus points for any experience in marketing, design, creative, or production environments (but we’re open to any background!)
