You'll lead a team of five, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring your showroom is the destination of choice for customers seeking quality and expert guidance.

What will you be doing?

Lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets

Oversee showroom operations, including merchandising, stock management, and presentation

Provide expert advice to customers on product selection, design, and installation

Ensure health and safety standards are met, including lifting and handling requirements

Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training

Who are you?

Experienced in managing retail or showroom teams, ideally in tiles, hardware, or interiors

Confident, organised, and hands-on with strong product knowledge

Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and actively engaging on the showroom floor

Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and motivating your team

$85,000 + Super + Incentives

42.5-hour average week (Mon-Fri Week 1 / Mon-Sat Week 2)
