We are seeking an experienced Caravan Workshop Leading Hand or Senior Technician, with repair experience looking for a promotion, to hit the ground running and lead by example on the floor. You’ll be right in the thick of the action, working alongside the team, overseeing jobs, and ensuring workshop operations run smoothly and safely.
This is NOT a desk job. If you're looking to stay behind a computer all day, this isn't the role for you. Maintain workflow, quality control, and safety standards
Be the go-to person for troubleshooting and job planning on the floor
We're after someone who thrives in a practical, active environment, enjoys leading from the front, has strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve, think on your feet and prioritise and delegate tasks.
We are in a newly-built, huge workshop and large equipment and consumables are provided, but it is expected for the candidate to have sufficient tools of their own as well.
Key Tasks
Manage, supervise and co-ordinate a team of 10 technicians, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
