The Field Service Technician is responsible for the provision of safe, efficient and compliant diagnostic, maintenance and component replacements services to the Earthmoving Division’s customer base both in the field and workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect plant and equipment for conformity with established standards

Request required spare parts

Operate workshop equipment including mobile lifting equipment

Diagnose faults, repair, maintain and overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components

Diagnose and rectify minor electrical faults

Repair damaged or faulty parts by machining & welding or fabricating new parts

Lubricate plant and equipment

Running adjustments to mechanical equipment

About you

Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter, Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Trade

Able to work in remote locations and under adverse conditions

Driver’s License

Desirable

Liebherr earthmoving equipment experience

High Risk Licenses; LF, DG, EWP

Working at Heights certificate
