About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interstate MC / HC Linehaul Driver to join our team at McGrory's Transport Pty in Wodonga, VIC. This is a full-time position, providing essential transport and logistics services across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating heavy vehicles (MC/HC) on interstate routes

Transporting goods and equipment to various locations across the country

Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

Adhering to all road rules, safety regulations and company policies

Maintaining detailed trip logs and documentation

Providing excellent customer service and on-time deliveries

What we're looking for

A current MC or HC driver's licence

At least 3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles on interstate routes

Knowledge of road laws, safety regulations and best practices for heavy vehicle operations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) accreditation

Clean driving record and ability to provide driver history report

Experience with load restraint techniques and cargo securing methods
