HC INTERSTATE TRIP DRIVER

Melbourne to Cairns

The job requires an experienced haulage driver.

You will load ex Melbourne to Cairns with a modular oversized home.

You will be required to drive during the day only as a group of up to 10.

Your return load could vary on each trip depending on availability of loads.

You will require the following;

minimum 2 years experience in haulage operations

Load restraint experience including dog and chains

One trip per fortnight

Trips could vary according the wet season. Could be changed up accordingly

Must be prepared to work weekends. Loading is generally Friday with Saturday departure

Be able to work as a part of a team

Clean driving record

Your vehicle

Kenworth 18 speed road ranger. Must range ranger experience.

Must look after the gear

Must complete daily prestart

Wages

paid a full day for loading and unloading

Klms paid for klms travelled

Overnight allowance
