About the role

LC TRUCKING PTY LTD' is seeking experienced HC / MC Truck drivers to join our growing team in Melbourne, VIC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in our road transport operations, delivering goods across the region. As an HC / MC Truck driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of a variety of cargo to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate heavy commercial (HC) and medium commercial (MC) vehicles to transport goods

Plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring cargo is delivered on time and in excellent condition

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any issues

Adhere to all relevant road rules, transport regulations and company policies

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours and vehicle maintenance

What we're looking for

Valid HC or MC driver's licence with a clean driving record

Minimum 2 years' experience driving heavy commercial or medium commercial vehicles

Knowledge of load restraint and transport regulations

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Experience loading Precast Concrete Panels on A frames and general construction materials.

Australian citizenship required for this position

Must have maintained a clean driving record for a minimum of 2 years
