About the Role
This position is a blend of warehouse operations, customer service, and sales support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods move smoothly through the warehouse while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
· Warehouse Operations
· Assist with daily warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
· Maintain stock accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
· Coordinate freight bookings and prepare delivery documentation.
· Assist with client delivery drop offs
· Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with WHS standards.
· Administration and Record Keeping
· Process and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery paperwork.
· Accurately enter data into inventory systems and maintain pricing/product information.
· Prepare reports, manifests, and stock movement records.
· Ensure all documentation is filed and stored per company procedures.
· Customer and Supplier Liaison
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
· Listen to what customers need and provide solutions that work.
· Communicate order updates, deliveries, and backorders.
· Support the trade counter and assist with enquiries as needed.
· Safety and Compliance
· Follow all WHS policies and procedures.
· Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.
· Ensure all operations meet company and regulatory standards.
About You
· Electrical industry or trade wholesaling experience preferred.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail.
· Comfortable juggling warehouse and admin duties.
· Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.
