Warehouse Administrator

Onsite Role - Lytton Based

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for a full time Warehouse Administrator reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for all stock movements incoming and outgoing.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled efficiently.

Manage email correspondence, responding promptly to customer and supplier queries.

Process and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Support the overall workflow in the warehouse and office, ensuring that daily operations are completed effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse administration role, preferably within an understanding of transport

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise tasks.
