This is a 10-month temporary position (parental leave cover), and an exciting opportunity for someone who is an excellent problem solver, highly adaptable, logical and eager to make a difference.

Efficient and Effective Use of Digital Technologies
Provide information, advice, support and take operational responsibility (as determined) in enabling and undertaking:
• Connection of team members through the integration of collaboration tools and technologies
• Efficient and accessible electronic file and data storage
• Efficient use of digital platforms and applications, including automation of associated systems and processes, where feasible
• The informed management of digital solutions (hardware and software), including in relation to vendor selection, management, and service level agreements.
• Providing IT systems usage training and support for our teams to enhance our campaigns.
• Enhancing APNA's technology systems outside of the Customer Relationship Management system with a focus on automating processes to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
Data Management, Reporting, Insight Generation and Security
Provide information, advice, support and take operational responsibility in enabling and undertaking:
• APNA adherence to privacy and confidentiality legislation and policies
• Efficient, effective, and secure data access and management across all platforms and applications
• The development and management of business intelligence dashboards, aligned to organisational objectives
• Documentation of processes for systems and activities as required by your manager
• Data Management, Analysis and Software Integration for APNA’s Workforce Survey, websites, education systems, and marketing activities.
• Generate written and provide verbal analytical reports that are easy to understand, clearly articulated, and offer actionable insights
• Communicating effectively and in a timely fashion (verbal and written) on progress and issues arising on agreed work for project/programs teams.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience and recognised expertise in data modelling and management
- Power BI or other data analytics dashboard software
- Proven administration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills and experience
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience providing IT systems usage training
- Experience using Microsoft Power Apps
- Proficient in Office365
