Looking for to kickstart the new year as a Contract Admin at a fast growing Electrical Company??
APG ELECTRICAL is seeking office staff to join the company as the company expands
ABOUT US
APG Electrical is a well-established team specialising in electrical, fit out and communication projects as well as the provisions of ongoing maintenance and services. We have a great reputation and pride ourselves on quality workmanship and customer service with clients both in VIC and interstate.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll need to be able to assist our team of electricians quickly and efficiently, be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise on the fly.
You will be required to co-ordinate labour, material and scheduling of large commercial projects, specialised fit out and maintenance contracts here and interstate.
General admin
Client liaising
contract estimating
invoicing / accounts management
ABOUT YOU
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have Admin experience
Ability to pickup new skills quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
IT skills would be mid to high level and experience with Tradify not mandatory but would be a distinct advantage
