Monash Children's Hospital School (MCHS) is a Victorian Department of Education (DE) school located within Monash Children's Hospital. The school has been established to provide education for children who are inpatients and/or outpatients of Monash Children's Hospital inclusive of Early in Life Mental Health Services (ELMHS).

The Administration Co-ordinator role is a newly developed role within Monash Children's Hospital School to provide strong administration and co-ordination support to the teachers working in Outpatient and Outreach clinics ie. Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (VPRS), Early in Life Mental Health Services (ELMHS), Wellness and Recovery Centre, Healthy Koori Kids, Refugee Clinic and various other medical clinics.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage calendars for clinic schedules, meetings, community deadlines
Co-ordinate team meetings: develop agenda, follow up on actions and circulate minutes
Attend clinic consults to support teachers with note taking and follow up actions
Data analysis including survey management
Student list co-ordination for clinics
System process development for internal and external referrals
Student record management using Compass
Student records data uploads into Scanned Medical Records and Electronic Medical Records
Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment towards inclusive education
Demonstrated ability to actively promote the safety and wellbeing of all students, in line with Child Safe Standards

SC1 Demonstrated capacity to provide high-quality administrative support within a complex specialist school environment.
SC2 Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
SC3 Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with professionalism in liaising with staff, health professionals and external stakeholders.
SC4 Demonstrate proficiency in digital and administrative systems, including Microsoft Office, Compass, Scanned Medical Records.
