Melbourne Skin & Dermatology is a leading specialist dermatology group supported by the unique expertise of Skin Plus Compounding Pharmacy and a growing skincare arm.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Directors, a specialist dermatologist and a compounding pharmacist, maximising their combined expertise across dermatology, pharmacy, and skincare innovation.

About the Role

We are seeking a capable and commercially minded Business Manager to lead day-to-day operations while driving growth across our clinic, pharmacy, and skincare divisions.

This pivotal role ensures smooth operations, high-performing teams, and consistent service quality across all business units.

You will:

Lead and develop administrative and support teams.

Oversee operations, staffing, workflow, and process improvement.

Coordinate marketing and business development activities.

Support the launch and growth of new services, treatments, and products.

Ensure compliance with AHPRA, TGA, WHS, Fair Work, privacy standards and other relevant standards as appropriate.

Demonstrate working knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks including AHPRA, TGA, WHS, Fair Work, and privacy standards.

Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and patient outcomes and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' leadership experience ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, and/or related sectors.

Proven operational and HR management experience.

Strong commercial acumen and process-improvement skills.

Solid business development skills and ability to engage prospective clients, partners and new patient groups.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Understanding of healthcare and skincare marketing within compliance frameworks.

Tertiary degree qualifications in Business, Health, Science, IT, Marketing or similar.

Australian work authorisation required at the time of application.

What We Offer

Base salary: $135,000 - $155,000 + superannuation + annual performance bonus.
