About the role:

Blinkr' is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Manager to join our dynamic team. As Finance & Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and business strategy for our company. This full-time position is based in our Essendon Fields office in Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Offer tailored finance and insurance solutions in a transparent, customer-first manner.

Collaborate with the sales team to maximize finance penetration and customer satisfaction

Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and company standards.

Handle all finance documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.

Deliver exceptional customer care before, during, and after the point of sale.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager, ideally within the automotive industry.

Minimum 3-5 years of F&I Business Manager experience required.

Solid understanding of finance and insurance processes, products, and regulations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A high level of integrity and professionalism.

Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
