About the Role
Join one of Queensland’s leading civil infrastructure contractors delivering landmark subdivision, road, and utilities projects across South-East Queensland. As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery—from planning and procurement to construction, delivery, and client management. You’ll be joining a business with a strong pipeline, solid systems, and long-term opportunities to progress into regional or senior management positions.

This role suits an experienced Civil Project Manager seeking a stable, well-structured contractor that values professionalism, development, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: design review, cost control, delivery, and handover
• Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve safety and quality targets
• Oversee budgets, procurement, scheduling, and client reporting
• Maintain compliance with company safety, environmental, and QA standards
• Foster strong relationships with councils, developers, and utility authorities

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure, subdivisions, or urban development
• Proven background managing projects $10M–$50M in value
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding (D&C, AS2124, AS4000 etc.)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on delivery excellence

Salary & Benefits

• $190,000–$220,000 + Super + Vehicle + Performance Incentives
• Monday–Friday schedule – minimal travel outside SEQ
