What You Will Do

Manage the purchasing, storage and distribution strategies of products.

Maintain optimal stock level to reduce costs and ensure availability.

Negotiate contracts with our suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Manage inventory and warehouse systems to ensure the supply and stock levels are operational.

Operate recording systems to track the movement of supplies ensuring timely re-ordering and re-stocking.

Liaise with internal departments and customers regarding requirements for outbound goods and transportation logistics.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse and logistics staff, monitoring performance and ensuring targets are met.

Analyse supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

What You Should Have

Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Excellent knowledge of inventory control systems and distribution processes.

Solid understanding of purchasing and stock management principles.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
