We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our growing Australian team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our logistics operations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing warehouse and operations teams

Oversee site operations to ensure SLA compliance and exceptional customer experience

Drive efficiency and cost optimisation through data-driven decision making

Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture

Manage logistics resources and workflow to meet evolving customer needs

Coach, train, and develop future leaders within the team

Your Profile

Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain

Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS highly valued) and MS Office

Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
