The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Regional Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects in the Echuca/Kyabram area. This role will see you working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You’ll be joining a builder known for its collaborative culture, long-term relationships, and diverse portfolio across education, health, government, and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, programming, and delivery of multiple commercial projects
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting
• Lead and mentor site and office-based teams
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all works
• Provide strong leadership to ensure projects are delivered to expectation

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction (projects $2M–$20M ideal)
• Building & Construction Qualification, Diploma or similar
• Strong financial management and programming skills
• Ability to lead and build high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for delivering quality projects in regional communities
