About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a critical role in connecting with business owners and setting up opportunities for the Closer. You’ll be responsible for:

Outbound dials to opt-in leads and database

Manage a pipeline of prospects and nurture leads

Conducting triage calls, qualifying prospects and booking high quality sales appointments

Engage and nurture prospects through DM setting and warm conversations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation (business coaching experience a bonus) OR have conducted high ticket sales training

Highly driven, self-motivated, and growth-minded

Ability to connect authentically and build relationships with business owners (bonus points if you have previous experience building/running a business)

Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills

Professional, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of results
