Downlands College is seeking applications for a contract position as a Secondary School (Years 7-12) Teacher Aide, commencing with the start of the 2026 academic year.

This is a Fixed Term, Part-Time, Term-Time position, operating Monday to Friday, from 8.10am to 3.20pm.

Requirements

· Certificate III or IV in Education Support desirable

· Previous experience as a Teacher Adie desirable

· Confidence in extending and enriching student learning

· Capacity to work collegially with a team of Teacher-Aides

· Capacity to effectively support Academic Staff in the delivery of curriculum

Salary

Commensurate with School Officer Level 3 ($34.17 to $35.62 per hour) as detailed in the Catholic Employers Single Enterprise Collective Agreement: Religious Institute Schools of Queensland, 2023-2026.
