About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and communications team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, producing, and delivering engaging multimedia content that supports IPL Retail Group’s brand identity, marketing goals, and internal communications. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent and effective visual communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customer-focused multimedia content aligned with marketing and production objectives.

• Develop and maintain customer information portals, websites, and ordering systems using web programming and content management tools.

• Produce animations, videos, and presentations to support internal education, product promotions, and brand storytelling.

• Manage pre-production, filming, and post-production for video content including storyboarding, editing, and music selection.

• Conceptualise and create visually appealing graphic, web, and social media content.

• Utilize data and analytics tools to measure performance and recommend improvements.

• Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all communication materials.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing, warehouse, and administrative teams to support business goals.

About You

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in a multimedia, digital marketing, or creative design role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Strong skills in graphic design, video production, and content creation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Basic knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other social media tracking tools.

• Understanding of ethical and privacy standards in digital communication.

• Strong creative problem-solving and storytelling abilities.
