As a Roster Coordinator reporting into our Hospitality Services Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact and support for our broader Hospitality, Property/Maintenance, and Corporate Services team, ensuring their rosters are fully staffed whilst managing leave coverage and any shift changes/correspondence across both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

You’re a quick learner, tech-savvy, and confident in adopting new systems. Ideally, you have experience in rostering a 24/7 workforce and an understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
You aren’t afraid to be firm but fair, ask questions to find solutions, enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
If you're solutions-driven, thrive on and collaboration, and you love being part of a supportive and fun HR team, then this could be the perfect next step in your career!
Key responsibilities?
