We have partnered up with a Not-for-profit company to hire an experienced Finance & Payroll Business Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the finance and payroll projects within the program and bridging the gap between the business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and turning these into functional & technical specifications
• Bring in the functional expertise in the Finance & Payroll toolset
• Support the implementation partner through the configuration of the Finance ERP and Payroll HCM modules
• Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and utilising other methods including developing user stories

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end SDLC implementation with a finance ERP or Payroll HCM
• Domain knowledge of the finance and payroll functions
• Knowledge of various ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, Invoicing, and Billing
• Skills in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
