Experienced Planner / Senior Town Planner

Salary: $85K–$110K + super (depending on experience)
Location: Sydney CBD

This established consultancy—well-regarded for its design-led approach and excellence in development advisory - has recently expanded into Sydney, adding to its strong presence across multiple states. With an exciting pipeline of national projects predominantly mixed-use, commercial and large scale residential, they’re now looking to grow team based in Sydney CBD.

You’ll be working directly with an experienced Director on diverse planning projects, from greenfield to complex urban development work, while benefiting from the backing of a 30+ person team interstate.

Ideal for planners with 2–4 years’ experience (preferably in consulting), this role offers genuine growth potential as the Sydney office continues to expand.
