This newly created Clinical Services Manager position isn’t about survival or ticking boxes. It’s about building something better. With two experienced Care Managers supporting you and a Facility Manager who values autonomy and trust, you’ll have the freedom to lead the way care should be delivered.

We’re looking for a clinical leader who:

Is driven to raise standards for residents, staff, and clinical outcomes

Inspires and supports teams to grow, rather than controlling every step

Views aged care as a genuine vocation, not a tick-the-box requirement

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse

Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, preferably in a Clinical Manager/Clinical Services Manager capacity

Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, accreditation processes, and compliance frameworks

Strong clinical governance and risk management skills

Excellent communication, mentoring, and staff engagement abilities

Current police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or eligibility to obtain)

Evidence of mandatory vaccinations (including influenza and COVID-19) as per sector requirements
