In this role you will support the Head of Operations in all operations activities and functions:

• Fund Accounting management.
• Fund audit management.
• Investor Services (periodic reporting).
• Regulatory Filings (funds).
• KYC (onboarding and periodic - counterparty and investor).
• Compliance (internal and regulatory).

About you:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on finance or business.
• 7 plus years in financial markets, fund administration, fund accounting, Investor Services.
• Experience with funds management and different fund structures - any knowledge of Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships and unitised trust structures would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of range of investment securities.
• Motivated, self-starter.
• Team player.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders.
• Ability to be flexible and prioritise in a dynamic environment to manage multiple workflows and continuously improve processes.
• Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• High Proficiency in Excel and other systems, such as accounting software, E Front and various CRMs
