As a Night Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight while providing exceptional guest service that reflects the sophistication and personality of the Midnight brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all hotel operations during the night, including Front Office, Security, and Guest Services.

Ensuring all guest arrivals, departures, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Managing night audit processes and ensuring the accuracy of daily financial reports.

Maintaining hotel safety and security standards throughout the night.

Assisting with staff supervision, training, and performance support.

Handling guest feedback and emergency situations with professionalism and care.

Communicating effectively with the day management team to ensure seamless operations.

Skills Required

Dynamic, confident, and service-driven professional with strong leadership qualities.

Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a senior Front Office role within a hotel or resort environment.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

High level of attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Previous experience using a Property Management System (preferably Opera)

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

A current full Australian driver’s licence is highly desirable.

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (shifts typically 11pm – 7am).

Must have full working rights in Australia.
