InVeris Training Solutions is a leading company in simulated weapon training systems and live fire target systems. Established in Albury 26 years ago, InVeris supports Defence and law enforcement with the supply, maintenance and operations of simulated weapon training systems across Australia.

InVeris is recruiting a full-time Helpdesk Support Technician to join our growing team in Wodonga VIC. This new position is a key role in support of Defence Weapon Training Simulation Systems across Australia. This role involves the day-to-day helpdesk support of end users across Australia, as well as other duties including back to base simulation system repairs and maintenance administration duties.

This role is based in Wodonga VIC with the following working hours:

· Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

· Tuesday 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Primary duties include:

Helpdesk support for national simulation fleet

Rotational on-call support

Repair, support and testing of simulation computers and equipment

Maintenance scheduling assistance and administration duties using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynaway EAM

End user helpdesk support for software & hardware

Maintaining relations with customers and end users

Recording, collating and reporting on technical data

We’re looking for candidates that ideally have the following skills and experience:

A Certificate III in Computing / Information Technology or higher is required

Experience in a technical support role is essential

Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 support

Excellent communication and customer service skills
