About the Role
In this diverse and dynamic role, the administration officer will provide high-quality administrative and project support across a range of ARIIA services. Acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, seminars, and onboarding processes. The role will also assist with the delivery of marketing activities, networking functions, and other events.
The role also involves maintaining databases and supporting financial administration tasks such as data collation and entry, account reporting, and managing invoicing and reconciliations. The administration officer will be expected to liaise professionally with external stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of the team through their strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and forward-thinking approach.
About You
You are an organised and proactive professional equipped with a relevant combination of administrative and project support experience, and/or tertiary qualifications or training. With a collaborative mindset and a keen sense of initiative, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills enable you to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. With demonstrated excellent attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, you pride yourself on your ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
You understand the importance of confidentiality in a professional setting and consistently apply this in your work. Your sound knowledge of contemporary administrative systems, practices, and software is complemented by your ability to navigate and interpret relevant policies and procedures within large and complex organisations.
