Reporting to the Manager People & Capability, the Administration and Systems Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative and systems support services across all People & Capability functions.
Key responsibilities
Administering employee lifecycle processes including contract letter preparation, pre-employment screenings, systems setups, onboarding, probation, exit processes, performance plans, personnel files and position descriptions.
Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Administer the Child Safe Training and Relevant History checks process, including associated records management.
Undertake system administration of the Human Capital Management (HCM) technology and provide reporting as requested.
Review procedures as they relate to HR processes and systems.
Payment of invoices.
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Work Health and Safety team.

This is a fixed term parental leave contract to February 2027
About you
The successful candidate will have:
Certificate level qualifications in HR or a Health and Safety related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Strong systems skills to utilise and navigate various HR systems.
A strong understanding of HR practices, policies, employment legislation, employment contracts and records management systems and processes.
Experience in providing HR and/or WHS administration support services within a diverse organisation.
Sound initiative and attention to detail, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to plan and prioritise to meet competing deadlines.
Willingness to undergo a police check and a pre-employment medical.

Salary range is between $83,751 - 89,871 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
