We’re seeking a friendly and competent Customer Service Representative to join our Wingfield Sales office.

As part of the Customer Sevice Team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our extensive range of masonry pavers, blocks, retaining wall and terrazzo tile products, providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails.

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and empathy.

Provide personalised assistance and guidance to walk-in customers.

Enter sales orders into our system accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.

Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.

Ensure office, work areas and displays are consistently safe, tidy and presentable.

Success Requirements:
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
• Knowledge of building industry and of building products (desirable)
