About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Wingfield location. Working hours are from 8.00am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, including email management, order entry, invoicing, phone support, and general office duties. If you’re highly organised, an excellent communicator, and committed to delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, handling phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a solution-oriented approach.
Manage multiple email inboxes and promptly respond to customer queries originating from the Jeffries website, demonstrating an understanding of our products and services.
Accurately enter orders received via phone calls and emails, ensuring all details are captured and processed efficiently.
Execute daily invoicing for all divisions.
Promoting consistent customer service that goes above and beyond, building a culture where customers are proud to be associated with Jeffries.
Assist with general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.

The successful applicant must have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is valued, but not essential.
A friendly, kind, and professional approach when working with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence with computers and a solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
A genuine interest in sustainability and gardening, with a passion for sharing this with customers.
