Looking for a Chris21/iChris payroll specialist who wants to work in a large collaborative team and opportunity to step up into management!

THE ROLE

• End to end payroll processing - weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles using iChris
  
• Assisting with escalations in the team, mentoring and training junior members
  
• Generating reports
  
• Updating and maintaining of stay files and leave entitlements
  
• Process approved redundancy payments, Child support deductions
  
• Masterdata changes, including employee changes, new employee set up
  
• Interpreting various Awards and EBAs to ensure allowances, overtime and other pay codes are correct
  

THE PERSON

• End to end payroll experience using Chris21/ iChris
• Experience interpreting multiple Awards/EBAs
  
• Ability to manage high volume pays
  
• High attention to detail and strong Excel skills
  
• Can do attitude and drive to learn!
  
• Full working rights
